To gain access to your 401(k) account through the participant web site, you must create an account with a User ID and Password. This process will step you through the First Time User process which will ask you to enter your Social Security Number and your PIN (Personal Identification Number) so we can verify that your account is set up on our system. By default, your PIN was set up to be the last 4 digits of your social security number. Once we find your account, we will ask you to create your own User ID and Password which will be saved to your account. You will only need to do this process once.
Once your User ID and Password have been saved to our system, you will be taken through the Online Enrollment process where you will be offered the opportunity to elect your contribution amount and investment elections.
For security reasons, your User ID must differ from your social security number. In addition, your User ID may only contain letters and numbers.
